I have worked in property for over 20 years , starting as a sellers' agent and over the past 10 years acting solely for buyers.

My track record as a buyers agent has covered all of the prime areas of central London and more recently suburban London and the Country.

My personal and professional contacts and long standing reputation ensure that I hear about the best available properties for sale very early in the marketing process and often prior to any website exposure. This enables my clients to have first choice and often to negotiate a purchase price before the property is offered to the wider market.

There is no doubt that in recent years it has become increasingly difficult to secure exceptional property in the UK. Volumes of sales of the very best properties has decreased and the growing presence of cash rich international buyers alongside the massive expansion of the buy to let market has exacerbated a supply/demand imbalance throughout the market. This has kept prices relatively high and maintained the continued solid performance of prime UK property as an asset class. It remains relatively simple to find and purchase overpriced, unexceptional properties but with proven professional guidance, there is no doubt that you will do a better deal!

Once an exceptional property is identified, an effective negotiation strategy is agreed and I go to work on behalf of my clients to drive the best possible deal. Negotiating a purchase price when in full possession of the facts can be extremely reassuring and helps to ensure that my clients avoid expensive mistakes.

My assistance continues through to completion of the purchase and I recommend working with approved Solicitors and Surveyors to ensure the smoothest possible purchase process.
