The Brief: Find a house to buy on a specific terrace in Chelsea riverside where properties are rarely seen on the open market. Our client knew exactly where she wanted to relocate to and we were tasked with securing one of a limited number of these special houses with the requirement to have a large lift.
The Solution: The result was particularly satisfying as we had a terrace of perhaps 20 suitable houses to approach and following an exhaustive trawl through our list of industry contacts we were able to gain access to 5 off market houses for our client to visit. Having chosen the most suitable property we entered negotiations and were able to secure a grand 8000 square foot home with an 8 person lift and the right balance of accommodation.
