The Brief: Our client came to us with very specific requirements to buy a run down house with lots of potential for improvement in his favourite part of town and had identified this particular house as the top of his shopping list.
The Solution: We knocked on the door of this specific property at several times of the day until we were able to meet the tenant in residence. We were advised that the tenant was planning to leave and we obtained the landlords information and subsequently wrote to them on the Isle of Man. A price was agreed as they had been thinking of selling and our clients took possession of the house within three months.
