Our property finder’s fees are competitive and sensible. No success equals no success fee!
So what are the costs?
RETAINING FEE: We charge a one-off “Retaining Fee” of £1800 (£1500 plus VAT). Once your retaining fee invoice has been settled and we have taken care of our compliance documentation, the search can commence. The retaining fee is not time restricted and covers our work for the duration of your search.
PROPERTY BUYERS SUCCESS FEE: Once the property is secured, we charge a “Success Fee” of 3% of the purchase price of the property (2.5% plus VAT) in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
PROPERTY LETTINGS SUCCESS FEE: Once the property is secured, we charge a “Success Fee” of 10% of the first years rental premium (plus VAT) in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
